Put simply I paid $20 for keys that should work for my Leer topper, as I was locked out of it. The keys didnt work, and I didnt receive a response from customer service on the issue. Thankfully, the vehicle dealership found the original keys for my topper. Overall I am very disappointed, although this could change if their customer service actually responds to me. As I want either a refund or the right keys.
I ordered some Snapon cabinets from an auction and asked the seller to provide the lock and serial information from the box. I had the right key once the boxes arrived!
