The key fits perfectly and I couldn’t be more pleased. When it arrived, a business card was stuck in the little ziplock the key came in. I took that to mean if it didn’t fit, here’s information to contact the company. That’s from people who stand by their product. What good customer service!
I went to multiple hardware stores looking for a duplicate key - no luck. Was very happy to find that I could purchase one here. I have to jiggle it just a little to lock but I’m sure over time that will work itself out.
Needed 2 keys (different key #'s) for my snap-on toolbox. One drawer was locked and the other lock for the cover wasn't. Ordered the 2 keys from Gus. The one for the locked drawer worked fine, the one for the cover didn't. I was very satisfied as I could at least open the locked drawer. Let Gus know that I was satisfied and wasn't real concerned about the one that didn't work. He insisted he try again and sent me a new key at no charge. The new one worked perfectly! Absolutely fantastic service. Would definitely use GKEEZ again if I need keys replaced!!
